'Donkeysongs' is a collection of 8 songs, put together by a core 'Family Players' unit of James and David with Chris Boyd (also a member of Chora) in 2006/2007. The album brings perhaps a more psychedelic side to the group's sound, featuring experimental loop-pieces and vintage organs as well as the heady mix of strings, harmonium, percussion and guitars and a bird-whistle.

It is out now on Rusted Rail. Each copy is hand assembled/stamped with a lino-cut sleeve by James Green.

You can order 'Donkeysongs' through the Rusted Rail website, and also through a limited number of independent music retail/mail-order shops around the globe.
